Terms of ServiceSummary for Trial & Self-Serve Plans

EventZero grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service during your subscription term, for your internal business purposes only, subject to the usage limits of your plan.

You may not resell, sublicence, reverse-engineer, or use the Service to build a competing product.

Your 14-day free trial gives you access to core platform features at no charge. During the trial:

• Third-party integrations (Cvent, EventsAir, and others) are not available
• No SLA commitments apply — the Service is provided as-is
• EventZero may end your trial at any time
• If you don't convert to a paid plan within 7 days of trial expiry, your data may be deleted

At trial end, you'll need to select a paid plan to keep your access and data.

Fees are as shown at checkout or in the Pricing Schedule at eventzero.io/pricing. All prices are shown in USD. Australian customers are invoiced in AUD plus GST by EventZero Pty Ltd.

Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable for the prepaid term. If you save up to 17% by paying annually, that saving is applied at checkout.

Overdue invoices may result in suspension of your account. Usage add-ons (additional events, suppliers, users) are billed monthly in arrears.

You own your data. EventZero processes it only to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the platform and develop benchmarks
• On cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data; we delete it from live systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days

EventZero's outputs — including carbon calculations, reports, and AI Insights — are estimates based on industry data and the information you provide. They are for planning and informational purposes only. They are not certified environmental audits or regulatory compliance reports.

• You are responsible for verifying outputs before publishing or relying on them
• AI Insights are probabilistic by nature — review them with a qualified professional before material decisions
• EventZero is not liable for decisions made in reliance on platform outputs

The Service is provided in good faith but without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing here excludes rights you have under applicable law that cannot legally be waived — including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on your location, your agreement is with one of the following EventZero entities:

Disputes follow a tiered process: good-faith negotiation (30 days) → small claims court (under $15,000 USD / NCAT for AU) → binding arbitration (JAMS for US / ADC for AU).
